What to expect at a consultation:

At Food in Focus Dietetics, consultations are personalised, practical and centred around your individual needs, goals and daily life.

During your appointment, Hannah will take the time to understand your health history, current eating patterns, lifestyle, routines, food preferences and any nutrition-related concerns. For NDIS participants, this may also include understanding your support needs, mealtime environment, family or care team involvement, and goals for improving independence, confidence and quality of life.

Depending on your needs, your consultation may include nutrition assessment, tailored meal planning, mealtime strategies, supplement recommendations, support worker training, guided grocery shopping, education around medical conditions, or practical advice for concerns such as fussy eating, gut health, weight management, swallowing safety, nutrition intake or chronic disease management.

Following the consultation, you will receive clear, realistic and evidence-based recommendations tailored to you. The focus is on practical strategies that fit into everyday life, not one-size-fits-all advice.

Food in Focus Dietetics provides supportive, person-centred dietetic care for both NDIS and private clients, helping you feel more confident with food, nutrition and mealtimes.
